About Our Church
We are an Independent, Fundamental, King James Bible believing New
Testament Baptist Church. Our staff
is committed to providing the community with sound Godly-based
leadership.
We believe that a relationship with Jesus is more important that any religion.
We believe that the Bible does not contain the word of God, but IS the word of God.
We sing the Olde Tyme gospel songs that glorify God and edify the Saints.
We believe that God still expects His church to "GO YE THEREFORE" in
an
effort to reach a lost and dying world through Neighborhood Evangelism
and supporting missionaries around the world.
Our Story
Located in the North East part of
Calgary, The Olde Tyme Baptist Church
is a Fundamental Independent Baptist Church with two main purposes for
our existence. First, we want to see souls come to a saving knowledge
of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. Second, we want to help Christians
grow in grace and knowledge.
Olde Tyme Baptist Church has been blessed since its beginning in 1999 Our auditorium was reconfigured four times to handle the growth. We are excited to announce we have moved to our new location at 8-4821 Westwinds Drive NE..
Our Sunday morning services provide worship for all ages, including the nursery. Then, our Sunday evening service is what we call our Family Service. Our Mid-week service on Wednesday is our more relaxed Bible Study and allows for some interaction and questions. Our church is a bit smaller in size, but large enough to provide Spiritual guidance for all people. We know you will feel welcome on your first visit to The Olde Tyme Baptist Church.

Church Leadership
| Pastor Don and Cookie have served in many positions in Fundamental Baptist churches in the U.S. and Canada since 1977. They joined the Olde Tyme Baptist Church in May of 2003. Pastor Don served as the Associate Pastor since 2008 and became Senior Pastor September 2011. |  |
| Pastor George and Jane have been serving the Lord for many years in a variety of capacities including serving on the Mission Field in Romania. Currently they are the Directors of the reformers Unanimous Ministry. |  |
